The application is integrated into the Meghalaya Tourism Information, Management and Engagement (MTIME) platform, which is managed by the Government of Meghalaya. By default, users access the app in Tourist Mode, where they can explore a variety of resources including accommodations and transportation options. To make bookings for these resources, users must register as tourists, and this registration process is open to all without requiring any approval.

In addition, users have the option to register as Service Providers. The MTIME platform accommodates several types of service providers, including Accommodation Providers, Tourist Guides, and Tour Operators. The app's user interface is tailored to provide functionalities specific to the type of service provider selected during registration. However, Service Providers must undergo an approval process in order to be listed on the platform and access the features available within the provider application.
